Sights From Our Weekend

With the warm weather, my garden is starting to bloom with color. Enjoy!

Allium providing dinner.

Tiny daisies growing throughout the yards in our neighborhood.

My poppies. Bought them a few years ago at White Flower Farm. They use to have a catalogue but now just an online service. You can also visit them in Connecticut. Well worth the visit if you are near. They carry many hard to find and unique varieties.

Summer feet....Difficult to get this child into the shower on a semi regular basis. I know, I know this will all change in a few years!

Sarah-The gardens are a work in progress. The first set I put in 10 years ago, when we moved in, are really maturing nicely. In the last two years I started on new parts of the yard, clearing, preparing the soil and planting small starter plants. We are pretty shady, so it's hard to find color that will do well in our yard.
