5 things...

Holy Moley! What a weekend! It seemed more like the Fourth of July than Memorial Day! Hope you enjoyed a fun and relaxing weekend as much as we did.

1. We sat on the porch a lot this weekend. Our outside is almost done. Now for the inside. I need to pick a color for my family room...thinking grey. Any other suggestions. I have dark cherry floors to contend with.

2. I actually have my tea leaves cardi blocking. Looking for buttons.

3. Ryan goes in to have his tonsils and adenoids removed tomorrow. Ear tubes will go in for the fourth time. He's nervous, as am I.

4. Matt needs a haircut, but his schedule is so booked I can't find a time. How do you all manage your older one's schedules?

5. I printed this picture out and have tacked it to my bulletin board in front of my computer. She reminds me to sit up straight.

Happy short week everyone!

I am so envious of your porch. It looks like the perfect place to read or knit.

Good luck to you and Ryan. I am sure he will be just fine. :)

Oh, that porch is magnificent! I might sound like a character from the Wizard of Oz here, but "if I only had a porch..."

Now, now, let's not forget: she's 20. It's so much easier to sit up straight. Now we have schedules to contend with, and are tired. Most days, I'm happy if I'm even upright. Straight is a whole lot to ask for. (Apparently, so is not ending a sentence with a preposition, seeing as how I've sinned twice in just one comment!)

by now, i hope the tubes are in and everyone is settled back at home. poor guy!
your porch is stunning! i would always be making lemonade and perching myself on a rocker out there. it must be hard to find the time with those busy boys, though!
