A Color Story

Week three of my photography class had me using a color (along with its compliment) to tell a story. If you have been a long-time reader or you are new to Upper Pond, you know that my children and my home are most important to me. Sit back and enjoy a tour of Upper Pond.

Each photo is more wonderful than the one that came before it. Is that your son with the blue eyes? What a great portrait.

What a lovely sign of spring that first picture depicts. I especially like the changing season pic with it's angle aligned with the window frame. Enjoy your weekend.

What a wonderful series! You, too, live in a beautiful spot! I love the use of blues and yellows!! The second dippy is my fave. The compositions of your square images are beautiful. Very nice!!

Beautiful series! I love your use of blues and yellows...the second dippy is my fave, I just want to sink into that chair and knit. The compostions in your square images are lovely, I found them trickier to do.

You, too, live in a beautiful spot! Well done!! :)

Charming-- blue and yellow and the subtle orange notes are such good friends, in this presentation and I love your gentle stories. That bowl is a little treasure as is the eye.
